Bobawin Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and bobawin in relation to your access to and use of the website. The agreement applies whether you browse public information, register an account, deposit funds, place a wager, receive a bonus, contact support, or request a withdrawal.

Deposits must originate from a payment method you are authorised to use. Bobawin may reject third-party payments or request proof of ownership. A successful banking notification does not always mean funds are immediately available; payment providers may require additional processing or reconciliation.

You are responsible for reviewing the minimum and maximum transaction values, possible provider charges, currency details, and processing information shown before confirming a deposit. Bobawin does not guarantee that every payment channel will remain available at all times.

6. Wagers, Games, and Sports Markets

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by bobawin. You must review the stake, selection, odds, market, potential return, and other displayed details before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be cancelled merely because you changed your mind or misunderstood the selection.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game. Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and Mix Parlay selections, are settled using the official result and the market rules displayed by bobawin.

Odds may change until a wager is accepted. Events can be postponed, abandoned, corrected, or rescheduled. Bobawin may void or resettle an affected wager where an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, technical fault, duplicated transaction, unreliable data feed, or incorrect official result materially affected settlement.

Records maintained by bobawin will be used to investigate a dispute, subject to any clear evidence showing a system or settlement error. Game interruption does not automatically create a right to the maximum possible payout.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use bobawin to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, identity theft, payment abuse, or other unlawful activity;

• use bots, scraping tools, harmful code, automated betting systems, or unauthorised software;

10. Responsible Gambling

16. Complaints and Disputes
